Positive: This is a lovely apartment in a great location. Future guests will find it in the corner building near the rail station parking area, with an entry around the back. This location is in easy walking distance to the main shopping/cafe/restaurant area of town and there is a great supermarket across the road. [Warning for those who lack fitness: the apartment is up a few flights of stairs, which could be quite a task wth a lot of luggage.] The room arrangement accommodated our family of five comfortably and was minimally, but thoughtfully, decorated. Large, firm beds and adjustable heating options made for a very comfortable stay. There was no disruption at all to a peaceful night's rest despite the proximity to the station. We were left some yummy goodies as a welcome treat and found that most typical necessities were provided. (Note that there are no laundry facilities, which may make a longer stay trickier) The host promptly answered our question regarding missing information and the minor problem was resolved. Our children were happy with the fast internet and Netflix provided. Overall a very pleasant stay indeed!
Negative: More like advice for future guests, than a negative for the accommodation: On a busy day in the town, parking may be a struggle. Some hints: the free overnight parking directly outside the building runs from 7pm to 7am. This zone converts to 0.5 hour free parking otherwise. To be safe, we rose early to move the car to an unlimited second parking area ~100m further south and then returned later to use our free half-hour when loading the car for departure. Don't want to upset the parking police!
Summary: A lovely loft conversion providing a comfortable stay in a convenient location.

Positive: The host was responsive when we sent a message. The kitchen was supplied kindly. Having board games for the family was also very nice!
Negative: The lack of air conditioning and fans especially in the loft meant 98 degree F Temps upstairs, so two of us slept on the floor downstairs where the temperature was closer to 85. The description did not mention air conditioning - our fault for not checking on this in advance.
Summary: Great location! Responsive host! Great kitchen! No a/c makes for hot nights though.

Positive: One of the best accommodations i've ever stayed at! Location - perfect (1 min away from Bus and train station to Heidelberg and other nearby cities) & 5 min away from the palace & tones of amazing food outlets Parking - available free Park and Ride parking that the host informed us about Communication - host responded within max 1 hours and provided full responses and amazing recommendations when asked Check-in & welcome - easy, quick and amazing treats were left for us to feel welcomed! Design & details - everything is super modern, the apartment has absolutely everything you need (except washing machine but we guessed it may be coming soon) - iron, hairdryer, kettle, coffee machine etc etc
Negative: Absolutely nothing! Its perfect! the only recommendation - to provide 2 pair of keys for bigger groups.
Summary: It may become the best accommodation you have ever stayed!
