Reviewer Type: Couple
Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The lobby was impressive and ornate
Negative: The ‘Idyllic garden view’ was actually a view of the roof of the rest of the hotel. The pillows were so soft that even when asking for a firmer pillow I was given yet another soft one so ended up sleeping on a couple of towels instead. Despite asking for the steam and sauna to be turned on and being told they would be nothing happened and we left the cold pool and a half later. The ‘mini bar’ consisted of two small bottles of water in the fridge.
Summary: Definitely style of substance.
