Positive: This was a spur of the moment booking and a great unexpected find in Rochester. It's a very unique place. I LOVE that the old school building was repurposed and LOVE what and how it was done. Great out-of-the-ordinary place to stay.

Negative: It was a wee bit pricy but worth the night away.

Summary: It was very easy to book, very good communication w/staff and overall very nice place

Positive: Cool concept, interesting space, good potential. Nice touch with water, coffee, and biscuits. Would have been good to have a brief guide in the room for local places. Found a cute restaurant a block away. Nice view of the museum across the street.

Negative: Heat was blasting (had to counter with air conditioning, which wasn't a huge deal, I get it. It's a rehabbed industrial building). I went to take a shower before leaving, and the drain spout leaked all over the floor to over an inch of water. I couldn't shower and had to mop up the floor for an hour. Called and texted for help, no answer and no response or text back. Not even a call after to say they were sorry. Extremely disappointing.

Summary: Good potential but still needs work on making sure things work and "concierge" or support responds.
