Summary: We went down and told assistant about these issues, they didn't do anything , There wasn't another place to stay in this area. Couldn't take a good shower, the shower head was clogged sprayed water everywhere. Water in toilet ran all day and night. Room had very bad odor we went down to Dollar Store and bought Lysol and air fresheners for room. There was a hole under the carpet you tripped in. Found dirty panties in corner. Won't go back.

Summary: I turned the shower on and the shower head almost killed me. It was heavy and flew off. There were German cockroaches. The room I was moved to had a soft floor and black mold. Only some of the facility has working Wi-Fi, the washer and dryer are in a scary dirty back room. Staff tried to be accommodating and are very nice but this place should be condemned.

Summary: The pfroperty was not great only one wall sconce had a bulb for light, the 4inch mattress was ddirectly on top of metalframe for a playform bed. abut very clean. We paid aan extra $25,00 fdor each dog and unfortunately one got sick We cleaned all areas of the room affected and gave them another $50.00 for the housekeepping staff as we had to use the hand towels tocleanspots on the fug. Staff VERY helpful amd friendly. Tv wasset at one volume only. aathis choice was for our evacuation needs during Hurricane
