You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay in this unique second floor apartment in a historic Scottsville building. Perfect for families!
There are four bedrooms: two with queen beds and two with twin beds.
Walking distance to ice cream, pizza, artisan coffee and Scottsville Diner. Scottsville Ice Arena is just minutes away!
Pets are welcome if approved, please enquire. Pet fee is $20/night/pet. Discounted pet fee for longer stays.
Open concept, with separate bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with dishware, pots, etc. Gas range for cooking.
All you need to bring is your groceries!
Please note: There is an emergency exit door in the apartment that gives access to an outside staircase down to a parking lot (see photos in the listing).
It auto-locks from the outside, so no one can access the apartment, but doesn't lock from the inside, so please take care with small children who may be curious.
You have access to the complete second floor.
The only other occupant in the building is the Airbnb owner, who has an office on the first floor.
Please note my pet fee is $20/night/pet and will be requested a day or two prior to your arrival. If you are bringing a pet or pets, please reach out and let me know the breeds and sizes. Thank you. For longer stays, I am open to a reduced pet fee.
This home has a NO SMOKING policy. There will be $150 penalty for smoking inside if an ozone machine is required.

Summary: Location was perfect for visiting with family and special event which was the purpose of the trip. Good restaurants within walking distance. Owner’s communications were informative and timely. Felt well taken care of. Would definitely stay there again and recommend booking to others!

Summary: We booked the Vrbo to visit family in the Scottsville area. The Vrbo property was exactly as described. It was well stocked and easily can cook if needed. We were so glad it had a washer and dryer. All in all a great experence and we plan on coming back. Cheryl the propety manager was wonderful as well. Very responsive and communicative. Highly recommend.

Summary: We had a wonderful two day stay in Scottsville. The apartment was as described. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed the large living space. We would stay here again if in the area.

Summary: Very old building with great history and character. The four bedrooms made it possible for family members to visit and stay overnight. Great location, Salvatore's restaurant -bar, best pizza ever. Scottsville diner has very good breakfasts, and the ice cream shop is second to none.

Summary: The property was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was very well appointed. Our family of 6 had plenty of room. The one bathroom is set up so that the bath/shower is semiprivate from the toilet and sink, so that's a plus. Easy walk to downtown cafe or church, and easy drive to Rochester. Great value. Would stay again.
