2 Bedroom Condo in Bethany Beach

Three Bedroom (2 bedroom plus loft) has one king bed, one queen and an upper loft with a both a full bed and a single bed. Comfortably sleeps 8 people. The large spacious vaulted ceiling in the living room and dining room has sliding glass doors to the wraparound screen in porch as we as outside deck for crab feasts. The two story townhome style condo has separate baths for both bedrooms down and the upper loft area which has a single bed at one end and a double at the other. All fun and games for the kids in their own space. A true vacation for adults and kiddoes.
Our second floor condo borders the Assawomen canal where you can crab and pretend to be Tom Sawyer. The indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center, basketball courts, weight room, aerobic schedule, sauna, hot tub are all easily accessible a few feet from our home. Oops I almost forgot, the tram to the beach ( a 10 minute ride on a “Disney-like Tram”) is a few steps outside your door.
This condo is perfect for two families to share.
FREE wireless internet.
There are NO additional fees Linens, towels, end of stay cleaning, wi-fi, fully stocked kitchen are all included. There are no fees added on for insurance, booking, administration - no nonsense. The only thing you pay on arrival is a recreation fee to the Sea Colony resort for unlimited use of pools, tennis, beaches, trams, etc. This fee (at time of publication) ranges from $15/person off season to $50/person per week during high season.

Summary: This was our 7th year renting at Sea Colony and it was the best rental we have experienced. The home was spotless clean and fully stocked of necessities. The location was perfect, close to the fitness center and a short walk to The Pines pool, not to mention the tram is right on the block. We enjoyed the screened in porch which was fabulous to do some work. Larry was a fantastic host to communicate with. Check in was super easy as well. We truly enjoyed our vacation with our family and look forward to next summer!

Summary: This was the perfect space for our family vacation. The bonus loft area was a bit hit with my teenage boys. The unit is very close to the gym, big pool, and Pickleball courts which we used. Larry was very responsive to any questions I had and made the entire rental process very easy!

Summary: My husband and I travel a lot and there's certain criteria we look for in vacation property. This Bethany Condo exceeded in cleanliness, decor, comfort (king bed was very comfortable) and we enjoyed the huge enclosed porch and we had beautiful weather for early October and even relaxed in the sun in the open patio! This section of Sea Colony has very nice walking paths, pools and a recreation center. It was also very quiet! Easy drive to the beach and plenty of parking. The owners were very kind and the renting process was easy. We will be referring this spacious corner condo unit to our family and friends! Thank you for sharing your home with us.
