Positive: Loved the location and was impressed by the amenities that were offered by Sea Colony. Our unit was nice and the view was the best!
Negative: In the unit the coffee maker needed replaced but we just walked to Dunkin. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work. And the shower handle came off in my hand the first time we used it. There were a few other things that could use improvement in the unit such as a larger tv, lighting in the kitchen wasn’t the best, and there were a few holes up near the top of the bedroom window that need repair from where a curtain rod probably once was. I also found dishes in the dishwasher but they were clean at least. There was an overbearing fragrance smell when we first arrived but we opened the doors and windows and it dissipated quickly.
Summary: I enjoyed our stay and the unit grew on me as I enjoyed spectacular sunrises each morning.

Positive: I loved the view and the balcony. I would not recommend to have too many people stay but it does have 2 good sized bath rooms.
Negative: Finding the parking spot when I arrived in the dark was a nightmare. Very confusing.
Summary: I was there for a work detail so I didn’t get the full experience. It looked like a lot of fun
