Summary: We’ve loved our many visits to Sea Colony over the years. We loved this location - an easy walk to beach, village amenities, pool, and tennis. Deck was very peaceful. Stay was very comfortable for us and our two college-aged children.

Summary: This home was a perfect, little getaway!!! Great spot if you’re okay with a short walk to the beach! House was super clean and the kitchen was well stocked!! We have been coming to Sea Colony for years now and would definitely stay at this home again! And thank you to Vacasa for the surprise little treat — our home was ready sooner on our check in day and we got an early check in which was a gift!!! Great stay and can’t wait for next year!!!

Summary: The property was clean and the resort had everything we wanted. The beach and the boardwalk were within walking distance (1-2 miles). There are a few things the property owners could improve. There are no beach amenities, so bring your own chairs, towels, coolers, etc. A few more notes on how to work the TV, what is expected at check-out, suggestions for local stores, and a fan for the loft would have been nice. The deck furniture was comfortable, but the deck needs A LOT of help: wobbly rail, screen door wouldn't stay on track, sliding door locked us out, and we found 6 rusty nails ( don't go out bare foot). My husband thought the bed was too hard, but the rest of us were comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The resort has many things to offer and everything else we wanted was easy to get to.

Summary: Pros: 2nd floor unit so no noise from anyone above you. The living room sofa and love seat looked newish and were comfortable. A/C system kept unit comfortable Water pressure in both showers were great Cons: Master bathroom and shower were tiny. A large person would need to shower in other bathroom which has a tub shower combo.
