Positive: Sea Dreams is a lovely Spacious Home. The pictures actually don't do it justice, it's much bigger when you see it in real life which was a welcome surprise. We had all the space we needed for all 10 of us (8 Adults and 2 kids) to all enjoy the space without feeling like we were in each other's way. Good location for what we needed for our trip. Homeowners booklet with all the information we could need as well as the games, puzzles, books and dvds for entertainment was a thoughtful and lovely touch. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Having the large garden to enjoy was definitely a treat especially with the nice weather. We had a very restful time and we look forward to staying there again in the future.
Negative: A very minor point. Great kitchen facilities - fantastic cooker/ oven, plenty of crockery, pots pans etc however the only downside was no oven trays for things like chips. But we found a solution so it all worked out in the end.

Positive: The property was a good size with plenty of space for everyone. Plenty of furniture and had the useful bits provided such as salt, soap and washing up liquid. A short walk from the train station which we used and the bus stop was also close by which was great for us as we had rented the house to see family who live in Shoreham.
Negative: We thought the check in time was quite late and then check out time was early compared to other places we’ve stayed. The hot water ran out every morning so for the last people to get in the shower it was cold. These were the only real negatives.

Positive: The house was very spacious and it was lovely that they had a collection of books, board games and dvd's available.
Negative: i did find that there was some dog hair around, understandable as it did say pet friendly, but as i have allergies it did make the stay less comfortable.

Positive: Spacious and had everything we needed for a weeks family holiday enabling us to catch up with family and friends
Negative: It’s not that we didn’t like it but there maybe birds nesting in the chimney and stuff kept coming down the chimney making us jump 😂and making a mess

Positive: Lots of space, comfortable beds, plenty of utensils, crockery in kitchen. Plenty of seating. Lovely garden again plenty of seating.
Negative: Coat hangers, miss match, plastic, horrible. Everything else was great and looking grand. It was a shame to see horrible coat hangers when you can get cheap wooden ones,

Negative: This time, the house was dusty. Unfortunately, my husband is allergic to dogs. They had obviously been in the house, as he spent our 4 day stay very unwell. This was in spite of taking antihistamines and a nasal spray.
