Positive: Very well kept 1 BR condo in a gated community. Nice quiet area near Gulfport & St Pete Beach. Not far to downtown. Nice pool & private beach where there are beautiful sunsets!! Easy to use washer and dryer in the bathroom. The bed was super comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed for light meals. Was perfect!

Positive: The host was very responsive and helpful before and during the stay. The location was perfect, next to the Marina. The apartment was very spacious and cozy. We loved our stay and will definitely come back.

Positive: The place was very nice and quiet, right on the beach with security gates all around. The place was perfect for the both of us, and it had all the amenities, and comforts of home. But most of all it was within blocks of my family and I, which made it even more special to us. We plan to return in the springs, and I hope the unit is available doing that time also.
Negative: Safety bars for the shower, and skid proof the tub.

Positive: Everything! The owner had thought of everything with lots of little touches which were really appreciated. Comfortable and clean.
Negative: Was called Sea Escape but didnt see that anywhere. It Is on the Bermuda Bay complex which isnt mentioned.. although directions lead you there and so thought I was in wrong place. If had arrived at night/dark it would have been difficult. Literally my only feedback.

Positive: The apartment was perfect for our needs. It was in a good location; very comfortable; so clean; and was well stocked with dishes, a coffee maker (and coffee), fridge, and even a washer and dryer. The owner thought of all of the details that would help make our time there enjoyable. And when we had questions, she responded right away.
Negative: Nothing.
