Summary: We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed the place. A great, large deck overlooking the harbour at Brentwood Bay. Good walking areas, with very little traffic, around the neighbourhood. Lots of hills, so can be a challenging walk. Only street parking and a steep incline on the driveway, that is not used by VRBO guests, between the road and the room. Bed was more like a double and so a bit tight. A full size fridge, two burner cooker and microwave.

Summary: Suite is very small but has everything you need for 2 people. There is only street parking. You need to carry all your belongings up and down a lengthy and very steep driveway. Did not like that the owners were right above us. Even chatting quietly on the covered deck could be overheard. Very noisy stay. Someone power washing for 3 hours starting at 8 am on Saturday and Sunday. Construction next door started at 7:30 am!

Summary: Just what we needed and wanted for a quiet weekend retreat. For those who love to walk, as we do, enjoy a leisurely walk to the Butchart Gardens then make your way over to the Butterfly Gardens.We rented a car for excursions a little farther afield. No problem with the roadside parking. Fully stocked kitchen with a convection stove. The unit was modern, clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed cozying up by the warmth of the firepit, looking out onto the relaxing view of the tranquil bay. Our check-in host was punctual and courteous. The only very minor issue was that we were left wondering how to dispose of the garbage and the recycling, however we managed to work it out. Do not let this trivial issue discourage you from renting this amazing property. We certainly would do so again!

Summary: Very nice property with excellent view of the harbour. Beautiful deck with fire pit that we used many times. Property owners were very pleasant and helpful with near by attractions. This property is very close to Butchart Gardens.

Summary: Deck with outstanding view of the marina and bay. Amazing sunset colors. Accomodation very well appointed given its size. Recommend safety bar in shower. Parking on road is awkward. Driveway very steep.

Summary: Cute and quiet with a beautiful view of Brentwood Bay. I knew it would be small but it was smaller than expected. Also, there were inaccuracies in the manual. Reference to a dishwasher but there wasn't one for one. When we arrived we were confused about which of several possibilities was the property. Pictures of the entrance and a house number would have helped. In the end you're paying for the view. It was an anniversary treat for us so we didn't mind the cost.
