Positive: The place was very clean and in a good location. I enjoyed the good light from the room, thanks to the generous windows. Everything is chosen wisely and with a good taste. The room has a big tv and a lovely bath, with a tub. The bed was very comfortable and big, the room was large and bright, with a lovely balcony where you can drink your coffee in the morning and hot tea in the evening. A quiet place, not too far from the beach. Close to the lidl shop and a minimarket. Across the street you can visit the botanical garden and a little bit far you can visit the saint constantine and helen monastery. The city is very elegant, with fine restaurants, the beach has smooth sand and the water is very clean. The host is very nice and kind, very attentive to every need. We enjoyed our stay here and for sure is on our preferred places to be. We will be back next year with other friends. Thank you for everything. A very nice experience. The photos are real and the place is exactly like in the pictures. The place is much nicer than in the photos. ❤️❤️❤️

Positive: Quiet and comfortable place. We didn't have a problem with the parking place but in summer it could be an issue.

Positive: The bed is very comfortable, there is a washing machine (although I did not use it), a balcony, where clothes can be dried and a kettle. The bathroom is nice. The host was very nice, she called immediately to fix the lack of water, which was caused by strong rain. I was allowed to check in several hours earlier for free, as I was arriving in Varna at 7 am. I was also allowed to leave 20 min later. The location is good, 10-15 min walking to the beach and 2-3 min to a bus stop to Varna. The hotel in which the studio is (which is actually a hotel room), is very quiet. There is a well working air conditioning, and a TV, which I didn't try. The Internet strength is very good.
Negative: 1. There was no warning when I was booking that the swimming pool requires payment (I actually booked it for having a swimming pool included). 2. The little fridge is old and I couldn't make it colder, but I managed to preserve food, including cooked meat. 3. I was expecting more kitchen stuff than just a kettle/small fridge (e.g. a knife). 4. The door lock is not great. It locks just by closing the door and the door handle was not very well fixed. While my stuff was safe during my stay, the door handle needs fixing and the locking solution should be strengthened, and an option to additionally lock with a key should be provided, otherwise it is worrying for people travelling with valuable stuff.

Positive: Everything was neat and clean, the room is great, very relaxing, no one bothers you.
Negative: Not that close to the Beach and pool is not included in the price, free parking is very little space and if there is no place you have to go inside and pay
