This luxury, Jamaican villa rental comes with 6 bedrooms. Three bedrooms are in the main house: two upstairs, one downstairs. Three additional smaller bedrooms (most appropriate for teenagers) are in the cottage just behind the main house and adjacent to the tennis court.
Comfortable and unpretentious, Sea Grapes feels like home the moment you arrive. The tennis court, white sand beach and buoyant blue water invite playful days in the sun. From the pretty vine-draped verandah for chatting and reading ~ to the hammock for napping in the shade of the Sea Grapes tree ~ to the velvety lawn so soft under bare feet ~ here is a place to let your hair down. Driving time from the Montego Bay airport is approximately 60 minutes ~ well worth the drive through quaint old Jamaican villages and along a gorgeous seascape. (As a special treat on arrival or departure day, stop for lunch at rustic Time ‘n’ Place Beach, named “best beach bar in the Caribbean” by Conde Nast.) Discovery Bay is one of Jamaica’s treasures. Summary: Just wanted to thank you for all of your assistance in arranging our wonderful trip to Jamaica on June 11th. Our family really enjoyed themselves and since all of them had never been before, they especially enjoyed the villa experience. Sea Grapes was really lovely, the staff was terrific, and the villa amenities were wonderful. Our younger family members really loved having so many things to play and enjoy. I was very impressed that during our stay,the villa owners paid us a visit, which was a very pleasant surprise. They could not have been more enjoyable to meet.

Summary: Sea Grapes is my home away from home! The whole family loved it here…the things to do here are endless from kayaking in the bay, tennis, swimming in the pool or napping on one of the patio chairs…and the food here was just delicious! We let our cook Kurline surprise us every day and we were never disappointed. Will definitely be back!

Summary: My parents, my husband, my two toddles and three siblings stayed here and LOVED it. There was more then enough room for all of us - and we didn't have to share beds! They had a crib and highchairs for our two little guys. The best part about Seagrapes - the staff! The cook was amazing. She asked what we wanted and they made us whatever we wanted - crab, lobster, shrimp, jerk chicken, you name it! The housekeepers always made sure the backyard was neat and tidy and the night watchman was so nice! Housekeeping picked up any dirty laundry and returned it cleaned and folded the next day. I think this place actually has six bedrooms. We did wish that the pool was heated - even though it was 90 outside, the water was too cold to put the kids in. The cove that this house is on is amazing - it's so calm and private! The house had paddleboards, kayaks and snorkel equipment. I will be coming back for sure! Oh and if you stay here, make sure you check out Ultimate Jerk which isn't too far from here - such an authentic joint!

Summary: Our stay at Sea Grapes was beyond our expectations! I was nervous being the one responsible for finding and booking the lodging on behalf of my entire family, but everyone was extremely pleased. We were blown away by the incredibly friendly staff, the food they prepared, the villa amenities, our proximity to the ocean and the ease of transportation with our driver. The only flaw was the mosquitos. They were pretty awful, even when using mosquito repellent. Otherwise, everything went as planned and we wished we could have stayed longer. Many thanks to Exceptional Villas for your assistance with arranging our trip. My family was in agreement that Sea Grapes was a far better option than staying at an all inclusive resort.
