Negative: Hosts need to provide more info ahead of check in, eg room number so lock box can be accessed, location of the room and parking. Took a coupe of days to realise parking spot was on level 3 of carpark as instructions were not good.

Positive: Well located and good sized apartment. Bed was comfortable. Modern fixtures. Gorgeous view.
Negative: Lipstick marks on almost all of the glassware - needed a reclean before being used. Old used body wash in the shower. Tiny couch for what would be a 4 person apartment - only fits 2 people.

Negative: Needed better instructions for getting in, use of swipe cards (one for parking one for lift) and how to locate the free park (ie it was in a gated area) and how to open the gated area. Took a long time and was stressful at the end of a long day. Would be good if better instructions included with the key.
