Enjoy your accommodations as much as your vacation at the Sea Level Sanctuary! The comfort of this newly renovated, beach block, street level property will be the icing on the cake of your summer getaway! The first floor has wide plank tile throughout to keep your home away from home cool, and post beach clean up easy. The second floor has refinished original hardwood floors. Central air to keep you cool on those extra warm days. Soothing and simple décor will keep you relaxed when you are ready for a break from the sun. Two spacious living areas (one on each level) with new wall mounted flat screen tvs and dining room sets. There are two bedrooms on the first floor- one features a queen bed with new foam mattress. The other has two twin beds, also with new foam mattresses. The sofa also converts to a queen size sleeper! The second floor has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located at opposing ends of a short hallway situated off the dining room. One features a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. The third bedroom is off the edge of the kitchen and has a queen bed. Each bedroom on this level has a ceiling fan to help accommodate differing temperature needs. One of the sofas in this living room also converts to a queen size sleeper!
You'll love making meals in one, or both kitchens! Beautiful granite provides ample counter space. Dishwasher, gas range, built in microwave and side by side fridge/freezer all in stainless steel in EACH kitchen. The second floor kitchen has a stainless steel beverage fridge to be sure you can keep all your drinks cool and you hydrated from the summer sun! Generous cabinetry to house all your favorite vacation foods! There is a full bathroom on each level. Refresh with a warm shower or relax with a soak in the tub. Washer and dryer also on each level so you can pack light and stay for a month…or two!
Knock off the sand in your toes and salt in your hair at the outside shower. Large, fenced in side yard in case you don't get enough recreation at the beach! Weber natural gas grill ready for all your culinary aspirations. Picnic tables for post beach bbq or seafood fest. Covered outdoor veranda on the first floor to escape the sun or Mother Nature's sense of humor! Summary: This dual-apartment house was perfect for our party of 8 - 2 families. Everything about the stay was flawless. The instructions and communication prior to arrival (and during our stay) were complete and clear. The property was clean, stocked with basic necessities and the location is perfect - 5 min walk to beach, bike ride away from local markets and restaurants.

Summary: This house was perfect. My children and I stayed in the top and my parents and brothers in the bottom. My mom is going through chemo and needed a lot of help to enjoy everything but being together made it easier. Having a well organized and comprehensive kitchen made is easy to prepare the meals that she can eat. I will book it again every year as long as i can!

Summary: We rented the whole property and I was pleasantly surprised. It was way nicer than the pictures and super well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location is one block from the beach and a short ride to the boardwalk. I’d definitely consider staying there again. Everyone gave tombs up!

Summary: This house was perfect for our family with teens and young adults. Plenty of space and great location to beach and bay. It felt like a sleepy beach town but then a long walk would take you to some amusement park fun! Very cute enclosed front porch to experience the sea breeze while sipping coffee or a cocktail.

Summary: This was an exceptional beach house! It was so clean! I was very impressed as that is important to me. We really enjoyed having two levels (as we rented both) for our stay. That let the people who needed to work have a quiet place when needed. The kitchens were clean and very well stocked with useful, quality appliances. We totally loved the outdoor shower; that is a must for a beach stay! We loved being a long walk from the Boardwalk and a very short walk from entrance to the Beach! All was exceptional! We hope to stay here again!

Summary: Our extended family of 6 adults and 4 children stayed here. It is a great location for a family with young kids. The boardwalk and beach are within sight of the house. The inlet side has a tame beach and playground within a few blocks. The house was very clean and has all the basic amenities. The furnishings are older but functional. The owners always answered their phone and were very helpful. This is not a luxury rental but is everything you need for a great vacation.

Summary: We rented both High Tide and Low Tide-- A great space for a multiple family stay. Lower level was perfect for those in my family who struggle with stairs-- and the upper level porch was great for family fun night- card games and reading. Both levels were decorated beautifully and equipped with everything you need - including a new kitchen sponge and dish soap--You don't always get that in a VRBO. Washer/Dryer on each floor made throwing in a load of laundry a treat! A block away from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and the B&B surf shop. Those that visited us during our stay plan to return. Thanks for a great start to summer.
