Positive: Kitchen well stocked with cups and plates, etc. Furniture on the balcony was great! Plenty of beach supplies - chairs and towels. Great location! The host - Casago - was very prompt in communicating.
Negative: The washing machine in the condo stopped working on Tuesday of our stay. We had to go to a laundromat to finish our load. We informed the host. We were told they were "working on it." They were finally going to deliver a new washing...the day we left. So we could not do our laundry for the week. There was no compensation offered at all. There were many basic kitchen supplies that were missing - measuring cups and spoons, knives. The kitchen table chairs are awful. The vinyl on them is cracked and peeling and they sink very low for sitting. When you are finished sitting on one, there are white pieces of vinyl all over the floor. There are issues with toilets and sinks that a little fixing up would help. There are very few dressers for clothes. Plan to hang everything. AC doesn't get below 74. Not all pictures are actually what is there. In general, the unit needs some TLC and it would be VERY nice. (Pool area is very small.)
Summary: Great location staying in a unit that is livable but needs TLC.

Positive: The view was gorgeous - beds were all very comfortable. There are sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas available for use (we left a couple toys and another umbrella too!) - kitchen is very well stocked and there were ample showering towels. Laundry machine in unit was excellent perk - unit was very clean and spacious. Pool was simple, perfect temperature, not chlorinated (which was nice) and the grounds and lobby were cleaned and cared for daily by staff. Such a lovely property, and we enjoyed our stay!
Negative: The only thing of note is the dining chairs are in need of replacement. The suede is peeling and they sink drastically which made it impossible for my mother in law and my dad to sit at the table with us as it was hard to stand back out of them (they’ve had knee surgery/back issues). Also perhaps a second love seat? We were a family of 10 and we could not all enjoy sitting together in the living room as there’s only a small couch and side seat. Only 4 of us at a time. No major issues!

Positive: Very well appointed condo. Everything is there that u might need. Books,chairs beach toys for kids! Balcony is very spacious. Beds super comfy. Clear and prompt response from condo owners. Don't hesitate to book this!
Negative: Additional cars Parking was a little hard to find. We went with parking our 3 extra cars at local Walmart for the duration of our stay. Only 10 mins away though

Negative: Would have liked an earlier check in which other units in the complex have provided in previous stays, king size bed in 3rd smaller bedroom was uncomfortable
