Summary: Water is an issue. Not enough pressure. It’s not an island thing as we had friends staying in another house they had good pressure. They could not figure it out. I only took 1 shower in master bedroom for week. Showered in pool.

Summary: The online listing does not do the Sea Oats house/property justice. The home is new and clean, and you really can't beat the gorgeous ocean view with direct access to the beach. Highly reccomend!
