3 Bedroom House in Great Guana Cay

Black Tip Cove sits on the water's edge with a spectacular cove to snorkel and explore. The house is 3 bedroom, 4 1/2 baths., 1 king master and 2 queens, each with a single bed as well. Recently added 30kw automatic generator.
Main floor has an open layout featuring a gourmet kitchen with large bar and porch for relaxation. The master bedroom off the kitchen has it's own back deck.
The second floor has 2 en suite queens with a day bed in both. Each has a door out to the balcony for sunset viewing.
New Bunkroom has recently been added with outside entrance, bathroom and shower. It can be rented for extra charge after 6 people.
We are located halfway between the Settlement and Baker's Bay on the Sea of Abaco, just a 30 second cart ride to our beach.

Summary: First class home located on Great Guana. Well furnished and stocked kitchen was a bonus as we ate in most nights. Gorgeous view of the Sea of Abaco. Even the yard was well manicured. Standby generator was nice feature as power goes out frequently. About an 8 minute cart ride to the settlement. All the furnishings were in very nice condition. Felt like home! Owner is an excellent communicator. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Many great memories

Summary: If you are looking for your DREAM vacation / get away look no further than Black Tip Cove! This house is perfect for families and friends with it’s 4 bedrooms - 4 bathrooms, expansive kitchen, comfortable living room and amazing views from every room! We were a group of 4 couples that enjoyed ever second. We flew into Marsh Harbor, rented a boat and made our way to Rob’s property, which was about a 20 minute ride. We opted to keep our rental boat at Dive Guana where we also rented golf carts to get around. Rob is a great host and was very responsive from booking thru our stay. Kitchen is well stocked but be prepared for very expensive grocery prices since everything is imported! Suggest bringing a few things with you including liquor! We experienced great weather and were able to boat from Cay to Cay each day. If you think you have experienced the Bahamas by going to Nassau or Freeport you are mistaken! The Abaco’s are a slice of heaven! We will be back!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay on guana cay. This house is very cozy and is set up just like you were at home. The owners are very responsive and helpful should you need anything. We rented a boat and golf cart from Dive Guana. They were also very helpful. The island is very safe and central if you want to go island hopping by boat.

Summary: The house and property are better than the pictures. Rob was wonderful at communicating and Henry the caretaker was great as well. The dock was so nice to have especially the kayaks too. I could sit and stare out at that view all day everyday. Thank you😊 for sharing your piece of heaven with my family and our friends.

Summary: Traveled by Boat and stayed at Black Tip Cove House July 29- Aug 5th 2023. House was amazing, Docked 31' Contender at dock for the week and had no issues. Rob's responsiveness and communication was excellent. We rented a cart from Donnas carts which were also great as they delivered right to the house for us so was there upon arrival. We only used carts few times because were boating all day but was great to grab few items from small grocery store in town and running to Grabbers or Nippers couple afternoons for dinner. All was exactly as described and depicted, house was clean, kitchen had everything needed. Would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back again. Thanks Rob for a great stay.

Summary: The house was beautiful, with all the amenities to make you feel at home. Spent the days on the water and evening at home making dinner, very comfortable house to stay in for a week. Except when the power goes out, which happened multiple times during the week. Was hoping the advertised generator would have sufficed, but it never got turned on. Otherwise, it was perfect!
