Original Kiwi holiday home from the past that has been added to and modernised to give you an ideal relaxed and comfortable holiday stay. This comfortable north facing three bedroom bach has great indoor/outdoor flow as well as plenty of outdoor space to play.
Families are preferred. We have high regard for our neighbours and it is of utmost importance that their privacy and peace is maintained throughout your stay. Please NO PARTIES and keep noise to a minimum.
Pets are welcome but can you please let us know if you are bringing a dog (limit one dog per stay unless discussed).
Outside smoking only.
Local facilities include shops, cinema, bars, restaurants and takeaways within walking distance of the property with the 4 Square only a short stroll away or a 10 min drive to additional supermarkets, wide range of restaurants, bars, takeaways and retail and specialty stores.
This is a great location to relax at the beach or be adventurous and explore the surrounding attractions of Papamoa, Mount Maunganui and Tauranga, or use as a base to explore further afield.
Surrounding Attractions include:
Walking the beach, sand dunes, bush and harbour, Papamoa Hills for views from East Cape to Coromandel or Mauao base or summit track, range of 18 and 9 hole golf courses, fishing, mountain biking, Rock climbing (indoor and outdoor), ocean, harbour and fresh water swimming, tennis, surfing, kite surfing, frisbee golf, mini golf, miniature railway, sailing to list a few.
Shopping areas include Fashion Island and Palm Beach Plaza, Bayfair, Mount Maunganui, Tauranga, Bethlehem, Fraser Cove and The Crossing at Tauriko.

Rotorua for boiling mud and thermal activity, free world class mountain bike tracks, luging, Zorbing, animal parks and cultural attractions and experiences

Summary: Have stayed here multiple times and have always loved it. Its a bit far from town but makes a scenic trip into the mount. Perfect for the beach not far at all. The hosts always friendly and accommodating when something comes up. The only downfall was the bugs, everywhere yuc lol. Certainly no fault at all to the hosts or bach Definitely would stay again!!

Summary: This is our second time of renting this property and recommend it as it has all amenities you would require. It is the idea place to have your pet as it has a good garden that is fenced and therefore plenty of room to run in.
