Positive: Liked the homey feel, very easy to relax. Loved the close proximity of beach. Outdoor living area was very useful.
Negative: The directions on how to access the property was confusing. After a day we realized that the lockbox was near garage not the front door. Also we had trouble with front gate not being notified of our stay, that was eventually corrected.
Summary: Our family enjoyed the property as there was plenty of room to hang out.

Positive: We had the hardest time collecting the keys. The code did not work and the first person who we spoke with was super unhelpful, telling us to retry the code. It took taking a second call and having someone come over who then pointed out ANOTHER lock box in the dark (not the one on the door) that the code was for. There was No way we would have ever seen this box. When I asked the person to repeat a question, her response was, "It's a simple question." Our party was four women who had driven 8-9 hours and it was after dark.
Negative: Our names were not on the list at the gated guard tower. As a result, we were issued temporary passes for a day until we followed up and insisted that the property manager call the guard house and leave our names so that we could come and go freely.

Positive: Close to beach, comfortable, plenty of room
Negative: When we arrived in 100 degree weather it was obvious they had just turned the power on. House was hot, refrigerator was warm and then they sent a A/C repair man that just walked in the house. No knocking, no advanced warning and we had not called for repair. It must have been a smart/WiFi system that sent a message because it was so hot in there. One would think they would leave the A/C on, turned up to 78 and leave the refrigerator on. How much power can a refrigerator pull. Meanwhile our food had to stay in our cooler until the afternoon of 2nd day. Not what you would expect for a place in the plantation.
Summary: Good family vacation.
