Positive: It was a WOW for myself and my family from the moment we entered into the house.My children were screaming and was full of excitement.The place looked beautiful and the view the view was amazing.We loved the place.I don't have enough words to describe how we feel.It was just sad for us to leave and I had to promise my children that we will return.

Positive: everything in this Villa goes well beyond my expectations. Such a beautiful view from the balcony, who could resist having your first cup sitting on the balcony, no matter how cold it was. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Sea Sands over and over again to family and friends. it was the best time we spent with family in Cape Town
Negative: there was absolutely nothing that we didn't like. we loved every moment of our stay at the Villa

Positive: Superb location, close to all amenities and beaches. The views are exceptional from the unit. The unit is spacious, beautifully furnished, has everything you could possibly need and more. Host gave us easy to understand instructions, a bonus. Everything is very clean and modern. It surpassed our expectations. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting a comfortable hassle free holiday. Would definitely rebook for a follow up stay if available. Top class hosts and accommodation.

Positive: Everything about the place was Amazing!!! Book, don't think twice. The views from the main bedroom and living area were breathtaking. The owners have though about everything to make their guests stay unforgettable. The kitchen has tea, coffee, sugar, a nesspresso machine, milk etc. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, pots, containers etc. Washer, dryer and dishwasher in the scullery with detergents. A beautiful and open living and dining area. Whether it's a gloomy or sunny day, this is the place you want to stay at. The owners even had sun hats, camping chairs, umbrellas for the beach which is super close. Toys for the kids, plenty of books. They even have a multi charger for different types of phones. A large beautiful bath tub, I even saw a foot spa in the cupboard. Rudy and his family live below so it was very comforting for us to know this, but they never intrude on guests. We met him in person and he was super friendly and helpful with suggestions on restaurants and also how to maximize our trip , also easily contactable on his cell or the Booking.com messenger. BOOK NOW.. THANK ME LATER ❤️
Negative: I come from Durban where it's not super safe so having my car parked in front of garage was different however there's a monitor in the house where you can check on your car. One flight of stairs from the car to the main living area was a slight challenge for my 20kg luggage. We saw many properties without gates and fences and the area is so safe you get used to the idea.
