Positive: Great location at Seal Rocks, with the dining room looking out to stunning views of Sugarloaf Bay. Walkable to the beach and lighthouse. Very quiet at night with excellent view of the stars. Good value for money, we paid $1000 for 2 nights, 4 people. Kitchen had everything we needed and the recommended restaurants up towards Pacific Palms /Blueys were great.
Negative: The driveway is very steep and in the rain impossible without a 4WD. Recommend parking further along Kinka Rd in the beach parking area. Exterior lights on the house would be useful arriving late at night, very dark and we needed to use torches to find the right stairway and the lockbox.

Positive: property is very nice modern design with practical arrangement of rooms and bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, amazing views from living room and upper bedroom :) , just meters from beach with dolphins swimming every day.
Negative: small tv, volume didn't work and there was no internet/wifi
Summary: we had a great time, with beautiful weather and calm waters
