Summary: It was a perfect location with easy access to St. Augustine Beach, as well as some restaurants and stores. House was loaded with all we needed for a great beach vacation.

Summary: The rental itself was a convenient, short walk to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. The beach wasn’t crowded. However, the privacy is of personal preference. The back porch backs up to a condo and hotel so people are constantly walking past and you hear their chitchat and ruckus but it was peaceful during our nights. This isn’t displayed in the photos of the property. It’s also within arms distance of other rentals, so I found it a little misleading but like I said, it’s all personal preference. The rental was clean, my kids loved it, and it helped make our trip special. The pool is clean and overall it was a very relaxing experience. It’s a short distance from mini golf and other family friendly locations.

Summary: We had such a great time here. The cottage is relatively spacious, very well equipped, clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed to prepare and serve a variety of meals. The location is outstanding. The beach is beautiful and offers fun waves. We walked to mini golf, restaurants and great ice cream shops. Communication was outstanding throughout. Katie was incredibly accommodating and even offered and dropped off some additional gear that was not included in the listing. In short, great host, great property, great vacation. Hope to return.

Summary: The condo was perfect for our family with younger children. Directly across the parking lot from the swimming pool & a short walk through the community to the beach. A beach wagon is provided if you want to lug it across the boardwalk, but there’s also vehicle beach access just down the street if you have 4wheel drive. We would definitely stay again!

Summary: This property was clean and a very comfortable stay. I visited with my family including 2 kids and we enjoyed the short walk through the small neighborhood to the direct access to the beach. It also has a pool a very short walk from the house. I highly recommend the property!

Summary: This property was lovely and you can tell they take care of it. Quality appliances, recent updates, decor was current, house was clean. We had one small issue with slippery floors and Katie (owner) was very responsive and had the cleaners take care of it asap. The cleaner was polite and quick with fixing it as well. Four thumbs up from our family!

Summary: Great place. Clean, bright, updated. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed. Close (about 100 yards) walk through the community to the beach gate. The beach was great. The community was clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again

Summary: We very much enjoyed our experience at this cottage. It was very clean, it had modern updates, it was equipped with everything we needed, and it was even closer to the beach than we expected. If we decide to have another beach vacation near St. Augustine, I would definitely rent this cottage again!
