Summary: Surf Crest Village is absolutely a wonderful place to stay. This is our 2nd time staying in the neighborhood. It’s a quiet, private, homey, and family friendly. A pool and private beach access. Sand Castle feels very welcoming. It looks and feels much better than the pictures. Kitchen stocked with many items, plenty of pots and pans, cups, bowls, silverware (no casserole dish). Plenty of linens, pillows, towels. Beds are a bit too firm but the kids loved the bunk beds. Beach toys, wagon, umbrella, and beach chairs provided. Outside shower to wash off all the sand. Plus, it’s right down the street from our favorite Burrito Works. Just about everything you need for a great beach vacation or getaway.

Summary: What a great place for a vacation in St. Augustine Beach! So close to all the restaurants and other food places of St. Augustine Beach. Gotta get ice cream at Mayday Ice Cream while there. Then, you're only a 10-minute drive (watch the drawbridge open and closing time) to get to downtown St. Augustine. All you need to do is pack some beach clothes and some food because this cozy place has everything including an enclosed, outdoor shower on the back deck to wash the sand off before going inside. They even have a beach buggy with beach chairs to make it even easier to get your stuff to the beach.

Summary: Home was nice with new furniture. Very clean. Nice remodeled bathrooms. Quiet area. Only concern was that the new mattresses were too firm for us.

Summary: This is a nice spot for families with kids. The heated pool was a great plus for when the ocean is too rough. Short walk to the private boardwalk to the beach. The enclosed outdoor shower was nice for washing off after the beach or pool. The full size charcoal grill was an added plus. The kitchen is decently stocked with dishes, etc. There were plenty of towels, both bath and beach. The free tickets were an added bonus, though didnt end up using any this time around. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip. The hosts were a pleasure to deal with and quick to respond with any questions or needs.

Summary: Comfortable and clean , little like cabin style house , with everything that you can need for your stay , we stay at the house # 37 was , clean and nice , ac was fine plus there are ceiling fan , clean linens , also some spices in the kitchen cabinets, there is a small patio with shower and is fence plus a little green area around the houses , is pet friendly something that is very important for my family, we try very hard to not leave our puppies behind at vacation time . , the beach is very close walking distance from house with a private trail . The place has a pool also . The host has good customer service ; I really recommend this place , we spend beautiful days and we will keep those memories. Thank you so much .

Summary: We had a short vacation in st. Augustine to enjoy some family time. The house we booked was perfect for our small family. Our son LOVED the “up high bed” and the WiFi was perfect to stream his shows at night while eating ice cream. My only gripe is that the master bedroom bed was very very firm. Takes some getting used to. Kids beds were far more comfortable. Def book this place.

Summary: We enjoyed staying here! The house was so clean and comfortable. Beach access was close and the pool was smaller but never crowded. We brought our mini dachshund and he was comfortable too! We would definitely stay here again.
