Positive: beautifully decorated flat with lots of indoor plants, kitchen facilities were fine, shower was fine, locks were good. location was good and close to a nice Indian restaurant.

Negative: it was a struggle to get much out of the heating. tried various settings and nothing worked.

Positive: It was an okay place to use as a bedroom while visiting family for Christmas. Comfortable rooms and plenty of space.

Negative: Whole property was a bit dingy - wouldn’t want to spend a proper holiday there. Check in was a bit clunky - for some reason the onus was on me to send a message to the manager, then had to message again to say that I had arrived! There were 3 keys and no explanation of which key fitted which lock.

Summary: Convenient place to stay while visiting relatives.

Positive: Fantastic location and a very comfortable stay. Easy check in and plenty of room for us three. Nice view of the beach from the living room. Really quiet area but also right on top of the action and close to the train station, easy to park nearby if you are driving.

Positive: Lovely views of the sea. spacious - bigger than what it looks like on pictures. Quiet - slightly off from the party beach and bedrooms face away from the road. Washing machine was a big plus for travelling with minimum luggage. Parking free and directly outside. Walkable to everything.

Negative: Place needs some minor maintenance, but nothing that was disturbing.

Positive: Very spacious and comfortable, good decor, facilities to cook too (though we mostly used it for takeaway and coffee/tea making), great location - close to station and the coastal path. Lovely bathtub.
