Welcome to Solimar, a semi-detached house in a two-family house directly by the sea in a quiet residential area on the southern edge of S'Illot. This flat is located on the first floor and is accessible via an external staircase. The roof terrace above is also accessible via an external staircase and is exclusively for the guests of this flat. This leads to the large sun terrace with fantastic sea views and a covered summer kitchen. There are no stairs in the flat itself.
The flat has a spacious living/dining area with mixed satellite TV and offers a marvellous view of the bay thanks to panoramic windows. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, separate oven and dishwasher. The large bedroom with double bed has its own bathroom en suite. A further comfortable bathroom is also available. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds.
The house is well isolated and can be kept at a good temperature without air conditioning. Optional air conditioning can be booked as required for a fee.
Enjoy access to the small rocky plateau right next to the house, ideal for swimming for experienced guests. Experience the deep blue sea right in front of the terrace and reach the beach of S'Illot in just 10 minutes on foot. The quiet beaches of Cala Morlanda are also within walking distance in the opposite direction.

Summary: Lovely apartment in quiet residential area. Amazing views and fantastic sun terrace. Maria (owner) is lovely and responded to our request for another umbrella base the same day. We had a very relaxing holiday here and, although we do not normally return to the same place (we like to try different resorts), we will definitely be back to this apartment. When we arrived we realised we had stayed here before many years ago. After our first stay we wanted to stay again but I couldn’t find it online to book so it was a lovely surprise to realise it was the same place (same building but this time we were in the upper apartment and previously we’d been in the ground floor one).

Summary: The location was perfect. Stunning sea views, you could even hear the waves crashing against the shoreline. Serene and relaxing, we never wanted to leave. The house was cozy, immaculately clean thanks to their wonderful cleaning staff and our host was so sweet and kind! We loved that she came to meet us in person! 5 stars is not enough of a rating…I would give an infinite star rating. Thanks again for a truly memorable stay on such a serene island location! Saved as a favorite and we will definitely be back :) I won’t forget your benevolence towards us Americans :)

Summary: Apartment was great, roomy, light and reasonably well equipped. No kettle, and a little short of kitchen utensils. As a property for 4, only 2 sun beds was a shortfall. Otherwise a perfect place to stay for a holiday in Mallorca. Car essential to get out and about. Check in process was a nightmare. The key had not been left in key safe, and we had to wait 2hrs for owner to come with key!

Summary: Loved the apartment and had a great stay. Wonderful top deck for morning coffee and evening drinks. Comfortable furnishings and bed. Could use some updating of the kitchen pans and outdoor furniture including a quality umbrella. But overall it is a great location with great access for walking to various beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Highly recommended!

Summary: Nice apartment, close to the centre of S'Iilot. For a family of 4, with phones and Ipads, we had some challenges with the internet capacity, but that was fixed during our stay.
