Positive: Easy and smooth check in. Beautiful, old time home. Nice neighborhood. Home had all you needed to stay from tea/coffee, dishes, and a candy on the pillow. Quiet.
Negative: Home had stairs and I'm mobility challenged. The stairs were difficult but I managed...my fault that I didn't ask. Would have loved to see brochures and ideas for things to go see or eat at while there. Again, my fault that I didn't prepare better.

Positive: Fantastic house in a lovely location at a reasonable price. Well appointed, spacious, superb shower, comfortable beds..we wished we could have stayed here longer for the one night we booked. Close to downtown Rochester and a short walk to Sea-Breeze, a beautiful spot on the shores of Lake Ontario. Owner very kindly did our laundry for us too.

Positive: It is a beautiful, spacious home in a quiet neighborhood. The location was perfect for our trip because there was plenty to do nearby and it was within 20 minutes of all the other places we wanted to go. The owner maintains a separate apartment on-site, so he is close if anything were to go wrong, and the price was better than any of the hotels in the area. Close the Lake Ontario and Sea Breeze Amusement Park.
Negative: The house is still a work in progress. Don't be turned off by the little projects in progress. They are small and don't detract from the usability or overall charm of the home. Also, the Booking.com listing says a washer/dryer are available, but they were not.
