Positive: Easy access to Galway City Center. The B&B was very clean. The decor was nice. Derek was an excellent host. Breakfast was very good.

Negative: Bathrooms very tiny but that is the nature of the property and not a criticism. Derek has done his best with the space available.

Negative: Would’ve liked somewhere to sit outside. Air conditioning would also be nice.

Positive: Great breakfast and location is very good if you wish to stay out of Galway city centre. Easy to find and plenty of parking. Derek is a great host and very helpful. Very well maintained property.
Negative: As others have mentioned the rooms are very small for a couple with very little room for luggage. The ensuites appear to have been built in where perhaps a wardrobe would have been located and are also very tight. We managed.....but only just.
Summary: Great location out of city centre but need to consider if room size meets your needs.

Positive: Great location, conveniently between Galway and Oranmore; bus route available to avoid traffic and parking; host was wonderful; fresh flowers in the room a great touch
Negative: The second smallest bathroom (WC) of the entire trip—you could toilet, sink, and shower all at the same time.
