This apartment built in 1970 and renovated in 2011, has an unparalleled 180 ° view in the bay of Argolikos, from the spacious veranda and the lovely courtyard with orange and lemon trees and is only 10 meters from the sea and 150 meters from the two beaches of the village and a fishing port. You will quietly enjoy the view across the beach while at the same time all the basic modern amenities are available.
In the apartment there is one bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a double and a single bed, a bathroom with a shower , a living room with a coucht-bed , a dining room/table and a kitchen.
Bathroom are fully equipped with all the necessary items : shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer and toilet paper.
The apartment has large, bright rooms, yard and garden on three levels and large balconies with a beautiful view of the sea.
The apartment has an electric water heater for hot water, central heating and air conditioning.
Furthermore the house has free Wi-Fi and a TV.
Other features worth mentioning include an external veranda 150m2 with a view to the sea and the port, a garden with lemon and orange trees , as well as one stairs leading from the entrance to the house.
Kiveri is a small fishing village on the east coast of Peloponnese with two pebbled beaches for swimming. It has traditional Greek taverns, a pharmacy, a bakery, mini markets, a butchery and some small bars and cafe.
Transportation is located 01:30’ hours from Athens by car and 15 minutes from the historic city of Nafplio . Additional it is on 30’ from the Historical Site and Museum of Mycenae and 45’ from the Museum and the Ancient Theater of Epidaurus. To the south it is on 20’ away from the seaside town of Astros and in one hour you can get to the picturesque city of Leonidio.

Summary: Across the bay from Nafplio. 15-20 minute drive. Beautiful sunrises! Not crowded with 4 restaurants within a 5 minute or less walk. The best bakery we've found a 5 minute drive away. Outstanding multi-level stone patio with outdoor BBQ all overlooking the bay. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: It exceeded my expectations! The pictures don’t do this house justice. Everything was updated, clean. First place we stayed in Greece, where there was enough hot water for 6 people to take showers. not to mention the amazing water pressure. The host was available and answered the few questions we had promptly. You should rent this place. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kiveri. Very convenient to Napflio, Epidaurus and Mycenae. Just make sure you get a GPS in your car that works. And a navigator (wife) that understands Greek!!

Summary: The property is in a beautiful location looking across the gulf with orange and lemon trees outside the door. Kiveri has everything you need including an amazing Bakery. Nafplion is very close to give you a wider choice of restaurants. The house was very clean and we were met when we arrived. Info from the host prior to our visit was comprehensive and very helpful.

Summary: Very nice apartment, comfortable, very clean and well decorated. The location is in a very cute village where everyone is friendly, parking space right at the gate. The unubstructed sea view is out of this world! You can just dive in the sea at 2 meters of the gate of the property or walk 50 meters and enjoy a pretty pebble beaches with sun chairs and umbrellas….just the perfect set-up for an amazing and restful vacation!

Summary: We really loved the apartment, nice and modern with magnificent view on the sea. Dimitrios was a very nice host, flexible and gave us a lot of good advice. We really felt welcome by him. I think it adds a lot to your stay. We were 2 weeks in Greece staying in 4 different places, but certainly this apartment was the best!

Summary: This apartment ranks as the best one we ever rented on VRBO (that's over 20 so far in the past). Why? The owners of this spectacular unit have thought of everything! There was a large bottle of homemade olive oil: the best we ever tasted. There were numerous other supplies, such as coffee, tea, sugar, salt, 6 bottles of water (just such a nice touch), and a welcome gift of a delicious loaf of fresh baked bread/pound cake which was perfect for our breakfast the first morning, since we arrived so late on our first night. But possibly the best thing (besides being able to easily walk to several restaurants, the beach with free lounge chairs where there is drink and food service at very reasonable prices), the owners provided a full size first aid kit that we actually really needed. Clumsy me, I tripped while walking up the steps, and cut my big toe badly enough that without the kit, we would have had to seek outside medical care. Since my wife was trained as a nurse, we were able to take care of the wound with the very complete first aid kit. I would be remiss if I didn't remark how wonderful it was dealing with the owner's sister who checked us in and provided a lot of wonderful advise, including information about a great museum in Nafplio which she knew a lot about. She is just a lovely person, and made us fall in love with the people of Greece, who were all so wonderful
