Positive: This is truly a wonderful place. I stayed for a week while visiting Brighton for work, and I loved it. It is centrally located, close to the train station and buses, and, more importantly, the sea. The sea views from the apartment, which is high up on the 7th floor, are breathtaking. The apartment is newly renovated and spotlessly clean. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom with a bathtub and a window. Overall great place to stay.

Positive: Perfect little apartment on the seafront, with a view of the i360 and the sea. We stayed for 3 nights. Extremely well-equipped, they've literally thought of everything! I was so happy there was a dolce gusto coffee machine, a big smart tv, a huge bath which I really enjoyed and even scrabble! Also there's a fridge-freezer, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, all the toiletries and cleaning products... everything you could need! There was a problem with the toilet flush during our stay, but the owners were there to sort it within the hour! Very impressed, and they were super-friendly!
Negative: The only thing really was that bathroom door doesn't stay closed which was a bit of a pain with 2 friends sharing, we had to put a chair outside the door to keep it closed for our privacy. We think it could be a bit chilly in the winter, the windows do let in a bit of air, but it was fairly warm when we were there luckily, there is a small heater as well as a fan available, so it may be fine and there are radiators too but we didn't work out how to turn them on.

Positive: The bed was comfortable, the apartment was clean, the location is excellent. What makes this apartment though is the Hosts and the view. Trevor is proper gem who genuinely cares about his guests stay and your experience of Brighton. The view is of the sea as far as the eye can see.
Negative: There is a lift to the 7th floor but be aware there are 4 or 5 steep steps into the lobby.
Summary: Wouldn’t think of booking anywhere else in Brighton.
