We want all our guests to get the most out of their stay with us. We can offer provisioning both food and alcohol prior to arrival and transportation to and from Marsh Harbour airport and then directly to our own dock in White Sound, Elbow Cay. If there is anything that you may have a question or concern about, we will be happy to assist.
SeaRenity’s open floor plan is designed to take in spectacular views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Sea of Abaco from sunrise to sunset. The top floor features an open chef’s kitchen and seating area with a panoramic view of the Atlantic. There’s also a primary ensuite bedroom and a modern office with a powder room up top, with seamless access to the wrap around covered porch. An outdoor dining area for gathering family and friends is where the magic happens on the top level.
Three luxury ensuite bedrooms, are on the first floor, but the star of the house is its state-of-the-art bonus room, with a 65-inch smart TV for the big game or other events, a wet bar and stylish furnishings to comfortably entertain all your guests. Move the entertainment outside by stepping through the wall of glass doors to this special outdoor living space with expansive views of White Sound Harbor. Combining a pool, surround-sound speakers, multiple lounge areas and a grilling station creates outdoor living resort style.
For more outdoor active times, the property is landscaped with indigenous vegetation to attract hummingbirds and butterflies. There’s space and equipment for paddle boarding in the White Sound Harbor or Aunt Pat’s Beach. When you are ready to hit the water, go island hopping, fishing or diving the house comes with a dock slip at Aunt Pat’s Bay Marina (3-minute walk), which will accommodate a boat up to 35-feet long and 2 ft draft.

Summary: The house was extremely well provisioned and the perfect location next to Sea Spray. Our boat would not fit at the dock provided, but the marina was just as close. Set up was perfect for 2 families and the views were magic!

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at Searinity. We have been bringing our family to the Abacos for over 10 years and this may have been our favorite stay yet. The dedicated boat slip at Aunt Pat's Bay and the house are perfect. We enjoyed the pool in the evenings and dinners at the house. The house is ideally located close to Sea Spray and the Abaco Inn. We will be back in '25!

Summary: All 4 couples really enjoyed our stay at SeaRenity. Tim and Jack could not have been more helpful and gracious. We loved the location near SeaSpray and Abaco Inn, as well as the convenient boat slip. We would definitely rent this property again on a future visit.

Summary: This is our fourth year traveling together as families (2 families of four) but our first time in Hopetown. The communication with Tim (owner) and Jack (on island property manager) was fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of beach towels and linens. The views were incredible. Stairwells are all exterior (covered and well lit at night) FYI for those traveling with kids. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Summary: We loved our stay at SeaRenity. The house was perfect for our two families. The kitchen was well stocked. Bath and beach towels were provided - it was nice to not have to worry about packing. The owner, Timothy, was very helpful as we planned our first trip to Elbow Cay - from taxis, boat, ferry, golf carts, and groceries! The local caretaker was able to quickly help with anything we needed. We cannot wait to book again!
