Positive: The grounds are absolutely beautiful, and the beach is gorgeous. The property itself is in a wonderful setting, and the location and scenery were definitely the highlights of our stay
Negative: Unfortunately, we didn’t receive the warmest welcome, although I understand everyone has their days. We were placed in an ADA room near the lobby, down a busy hallway, which was not the type of room I had booked. The TVs in the room didn’t work, and the front desk wasn’t very helpful or accommodating when we reached out about our concerns. I also wouldn’t recommend the restaurant. It has declined significantly since my last visit, which was disappointing

Positive: The room was decent, but the spectacular ocean view made our stay even more enjoyable. The golf cart service was a great convenience, especially for getting back to the hotel from the beach.
Negative: When we entered the room, we noticed that the screen door was broken. I called the front desk right away to report it so we wouldn't be held responsible for any damage. We also found that the body wash dispenser in the bathroom was empty, but it wasn't a major issue.
