Thank you for taking the time to read more about Seascape. We firmly believe it is the little touches that make all the difference and being good hosts start with having a very clean environment along with good quality linen, excellent comfortable beds, extra pillows and plenty of thoughtful extras. In practical terms these extras include serving bowls, good sharp knives, extra cutlery in case friends call in, wine glasses for still and sparkling, cute wee dishes and platters for nibbles and wine on the deck, cleaning products, bean bags and comfy chairs you can use inside and out, a BBQ that works, free WiFi, SkyTV including Sports and Movies, Netflix and Amazon Prime.
Seascape, recently remodelled to now include an ensuite bathroom and spacious family bathroom, was one of the first homes in the area. We believe it has one of the the best sea views and location.
Special conditions:
No Smoking on the property. Well behaved pets by prior arrangement. Guests are expected to pick up their dogs and respect the numerous native birds and other vulnerable locals.

Summary: Our second stay at this really comfortable and well appointed property was fantastic. Everything inside and out is thoughtfully set up to make the most of the environment with the sea over the road and tracks for walking or biking on the doorstep. Great communication with the owner, leaving an overall impression of them always wanting to go the extra mile to ensure guests have everything they need. Looking forward to our next stay.

Summary: Within a day of arriving we had rebooked it for the following year! We are two families of 3 and it was perfect. The girls (age 9) played happily across the road with the craps, and we adults loved relaxing on the deck watching the amazing view. The Bach has a well equipped kitchen, we even baked a cake twice! The dishwasher took a bit to work out how to start it (page missing in instruction folder), but we got there in the end. Fast WIFI so I was able to get some work done as well. The kayaks were excellent (my husband even managed to spear a snapper two nights in a row from one!) Although the descriptions says there is a spa pool, there isn't but that is the only thing we noticed. Completely loved the wallpaper choices. Amazing. Thank you so much for lending us your gorgeous home.

Summary: We found the property most suitable with all the comforts of home plus a superb outlook across the bay. Everything was as promised in the advertising so it was easy to relax and enjoy our stay. We enjoyed watching the bird life both within the garden and out across the road to the beach plus the long views down the sound to where we could see the ferries passing.A great stay!

Summary: Seascape is luxuriously furnished with everything you could need provided. The view from inside is stunning, and step outside and you’re right on the waterfront. Great beds, a modern wood burner, impeccably clean, well fenced for dog. Host was responsive and friendly. Highly recommended.
