The Space:
This villa was fully renovated and is in a perfect location to enjoy all of Seascape's amenities. This South Bluff condo has two bedrooms and two full baths upstairs and a queen pull out sofa and half bath downstairs.
Treat your guests to a home cooked meal with the fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker and coffee included with stay. Enjoy a game from the game cabinet at the lovely bench style table for six or sit back and relax in the comfy living room while watching one of your favorite shows on the high-definition LCD TV. Walk the grounds or enjoy the pool, beach and restaurant!
Do not forget to take advantage of the electric BBQ on the patio for those warm nights and the fireplace on the cool ones and the best sunset views every night!
Guest Access:
PROPERTY ACCESS: The property has an electronic door lock that is accessible anytime during stay. We will send out the check in instructions the day before you arrive. You can expect to receive them via your booking platform's app messaging system.
FREE AMENITIES: Use of the North Bluff Pool; access with your guest code - we provide pool/beach towels in your unit. Use of beach and any open firepit (fires are allowed on the sand). Use of lobby round seating area at fireplace. Use of walking paths and overlook benches.
Use of the gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).
Concierge services, front desk services, towel service, access to staff operated golf carts, $250 bonfire pit rentals, $75 smores packages south bluff and main lobby pools are not available to private renters. Build a fire on the sand! Its one of the few California beaches you can still do this-supplies are available at the Village across the street.
The Neighborhood:
Located just south of Santa Cruz off Highway 1, Seascape Beach Resort gorgeous accommodations overlooking the Monterey Bay.
The entire resort sits atop breathtaking bluffs overlooking the ocean and beaches below. The walking path in the center of the resort leads down to the beach.
On the resort you will find The Seascape Park, Numerous walking paths, The Sanderlings Restaurant and bar, pools and spas, and a full gym (gym access with additional fee paid on-site).
Across the street from the resort, you will find Seascape Village which offers restaurants, cafes and shops.
The PGA rated Seascape Golf Course is only 5 minutes from the resort.
In the Heart of Aptos just over three miles or 10-minute drive away you will discover what happens when the redwoods meet the sea. This idyllic setting is perfect for mountain biking, hiking or exploring the historic village. In the village you will meet the lovely people of Aptos who love their town and its visitors. Getting Around:
Complimentary parking is available outside the unit and throughout the resort property.
All on-site amenities are accessible by walking paths or if preferred by car.
To access the beach at Seascape there is a walking path next to the main lodge that leads down to the ocean where you will have beach access.
NOTE: the walk out is the same way back UP to the resort.
The Seascape Village is just across from the Resort and can be accessed by walking.
The quaint town of Aptos is just over three miles away-about a 10-minute drive.
Capitola Village is about 8 miles away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. 3-in-1 shower wash is provided. A cleaning kit is located under the kitchen sink for cleaning up spills or tidying up during your stay (please do not use premier towels or linens to wipe up spills).
We provide a well-stocked villa for your stay including a kitchen complete with pots, pans and dishes and utensils - everything you will need for cooking a hearty breakfast, lunch break or family dinner after a day of adventure. We supply Keurig coffee maker and pods and there is a guest supply closet by the front door with additional supplies. An electric grill is located on the patio.
Pool towels and additional bedding supplies can be found in the bedroom closets.
A blue tooth speaker and radio is in the living room. You will find games and a drawer full of DVD’s in the cabinet under the TV as well as many beach toys and lawn games in the hamper on the patio. Please return all games and toys to their locations complete as you found them for the next guest to enjoy.

$250 bonfires booked through the front desk in the cement pits on the beach are not available, but you are welcome to build your own in the sand - supplies can be purchased across the street at Seascape Market or any other grocery store in the area. Pools and hot tub are accessible, access with your guest code.
NOTE: Please be aware that due to cooler climate experienced from ocean breezes, properties in Santa Cruz County, especially near the coast, typically do not have air conditioning.
