Seascape Villa is a magnificent luxury one bedroom and one full bath on the first floor level of a private two floors villa located on a cul-de-sac Caneel Hill Road with spectacular views of the Caribbean water, mountains of St John and surrounding cays. The town of Cruz Bay and the ferry dock are about two minutes drive. In Cruz Bay you will find plenty of shopping, art galleries and many fine restaurants.
The property is gated with a beautiful circular driveway surrounding by colorful flamboyant trees, jasmine shrubs, bougainvillea hedges, traveler palms and many more plants are made up the beautiful landscape to welcome you as soon as you enter through the gate entrance. Seascape villa offer a private covered carport, patio and its own entrance. The property 2200 square feet spacious comfortable living space with an elegantly furnished sitting area, full kitchen, laundromat, Bose radio, 42" inch TV in the bedroom with AC and a 75" TV in the living room.
AN ENTIRE HOUSE GENERATOR FOR POWER OUTAGES one of only a few offer on the island. It will be helpful when the grid goes down of which occurs quite often on the island. You can still have the comfort without any interruption.
