Positive: Everything ...Ownner was so lovely . Room clean bed very comfy . Walk into Ballybunion was nice and not too far.

Negative: I am vegetarian and the breakfast was gd ..Two potato waffles two fried eggs ... I think maybe if you had one waffle one egg then added mushrooms ,beans and tomato that would be a very gd breakfast.

Positive: A decent if limited choice of breakfast items. Sea view when not raining when we stayed. Ample parking and very quiet at night. Helpful hosts.

Negative: Some fresh fruit / citrus offered at breakfast would be even better rather than just fruit juice. The room was comfortable but not that much space to store two suitcases out of the way.
