Positive: This caravan is fantastic, the facilities are exceptional, the owners have thought of everything. It is really well stocked with toiletries, linen and appliances. We were even given, bread, milk, butter, wine, crisps and sweets, plus other item as well. It was spotlessly clean and is very well maintained. The location is perfect for the beach and close to Filey too. We had a wonderful holiday and have to rate it 10 out of 10.

Positive: Excellent stay! We had a wonderful experience staying here. The property was spotlessly clean, with every room well-maintained and fresh on arrival. The TV and entertainment options were great, with smooth streaming services that kept both adults and kids entertained throughout the stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, making it very easy to prepare meals comfortably. Everything was clean and well-organized. The toiletries and essentials provided were also of good quality and sufficient for our stay. The sea view was absolutely stunning, and the surroundings were calm and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. There was also a nice play area for kids, which made it even more enjoyable for families. Overall, a fantastic place with great comfort and amenities — highly recommended!

Negative: If we had complimentary swimming pool facility, it would be fantastic.

Positive: The lovely little extras were lovely, eggs & fresh milk in the fridge, dog basket with toys, bowls, blankets and poo bags, lots of board games, PS3 & Netflix. Never stopped in a caravan which was as well equipped. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed as a family. Location was great with parking outside too! Can’t wait to come back!

Positive: The location of this van is amazing. Right by the club house, beach and park. The van was immaculate and the hosts have thought of everything! Bottle of wine on arrival, bottles of water, little milk in the fridge and some breakfast bits, such a thoughtful touch and so appreciated. The owners are very good at communicating and were on hand to answer any questions as soon as we arrived. Would definately recommend and would definitely stay again.

Negative: The hill down to the beach and also the play passes are expensive and not needed unless you want to go swimming.
