Summary: I would highly recommend this property and owner, especially to anyone who needs instant stress relief!! From the welcoming manner of the owner and her warm hospitality to the comfort, coziness and blissfulness of the cottage in its beautiful setting, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! The sunrises and sunsets were stunning and picturesque!! The quiet lapping of the bay at the shore was instant relaxation to our nerves!!

Summary: Wow! What an amazing property. Such a beautiful home with lovely costal decor. Those views from the back… amazing! Tons of outdoor activities nearby and short drive to The Cape. Julie is awesome and super responsive! The few neighbors we met were so kind. I would definitely recommend!

Summary: We had lovely stay at the beach house. The location is perfect. Literally steps away from the association beach. The cottage is thoughtfully appointed with everything you need for a great beach vacation. Julie and Leo are terrific hosts. The cottage was the perfect size for the two of us. It's bright, cheery, and so comfortable. And the sunrises from the bedroom are awesome.

Summary: We absolutely loved this property! We commented several times throughout our stay that it was our best VRBO selection thus far, in our travels. The owner was fantastic with check-in and information about the property and area. We really enjoyed the private, neighborhood beach, the bicycles and the overall vibe of Fairhaven and New Bedford. We will be back!!

Summary: I studied for a ridiculous amount of time for a location for my NE summer “selfie” getaway. I wanted a sea side cottage that felt quaint and cozy and fresh, private but with some neighbors, access to water, and views. I can’t say enough how Julie & Leo’s cottage was PERFECT. As hosts they were so helpful and welcoming for my weeklong stay. Cottages and the sea are about connection. If you’re looking to connect with something, someone, or yourself, this place is magic.

Summary: We loved the location of this cottage with Beautiful views looking over Nasketucket Bay. Great proximity to beaches, hiking, bicycling, dining , and shopping. Summary: Julie O'Brien has been nothing short of incredible. Extremely accommodating and thoughtful, communicative, and a pleasure to work with. Cannot recommend enough! The view of the water greets you from the shower, the bedroom, and the charming back room that is the perfect reading nook or workspace. The hosts have thought of everything -- the adorable kitchen is stocked with all that you need to cook a gourmet meal (there's also a grill outside). Julie is an expert on Fairhaven and the surrounding areas. She has great recs on restaurants and activities -- with a special knowledge of local antiques and artists. Highly recommend!!!

Summary: Sitting in the backyard surrounded by beautiful flowers looking at the view was spectacular. We took advantage of the bikes and the kayaks. We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation! The house is adorable and Julie and Leo seem to have thought of everything!
