Positive: This was our fourth stay at this property, first time booking with booking.com, I had booked a room with balcony as I had a frightening experience staying previously in a ground floor accommodation, when I arrived, Seaside Los Jameos said it wasn’t possible to book a new double room with balcony and I was allocated a ground floor terrace room, after showing my booking description and fighting for 15 minutes they finally gave me a balcony room with no view, or pay an extra €460 , which I couldn’t afford to pay, reception staff said booking .com had wrong wording on room description, it was so stressful after a long journey and a bad start to my holiday, it is such a lovely hotel and I would return but so so annoyed and exhausted by the incident.
