Summary: We were with 10 persons and have enjoyed the villa very much. A big and great swimming pool, with a perfect temperature. Enough room and bathrooms. Each room was spacious. We requested Panagiotis that Mrs. Xanthi could cook 3 times lunch and dinner for us and she did that wonderfull, we even did not have to do the dishes ourselves. The tennis playground was absolutely faboules and we played that a lot of times. Panagiotis, Mrs Xanthi and Nikos thank you for having us at the villa!

Summary: Not only was the house breathtakingly beautiful, the host Panyos was so kind and accommodating to our sometimes complicated needs. For example, our plane landed at midnight and it was around 3am by the time we got our luggage and rental car. Panyos met us at that insanely late hour, showed us around the house, and was very kind to us. If you're booking this property, I highly recommend that you ask for the chef, Santhi, to prepare meals for you. It's 100% the extra cost. She makes beautiful Greek food and is the sweetest person you'll meet in Greece. The house itself is really cool: one central house with a big kitchen and huge living room, and several little studio-type bungalows close to the central house with their own bathrooms and porches. Summary: We booked this place only for 2 of us as there was availability for our weekend off. After arriving into Greece, we were navigated to the nearest highway exit and picked up by the owner. The area is closed and for (almost) exclusive usage. It consists of finka style separate housing. There is enough place to accomodate 14(!) guests, for every couple there is separate bedroom with a toilet and a bath. Pool is clean and deep (deeper end way more than 2m). Central part of all this makes up a kitchen with living room, both are fully equipped with ANYTHING you need for the stay. View from the roof is just breathtaking as the property is located directly at the seaside slope (unfortunately no access to water). In the garden you may find some figue trees, aloe vera, palmtrees etc (photos don't lie). There is so much to discover that we did not have a moment of boredom. The surrounding area offers limited nightlife, there is plenty of supermarkets and small shops around. I would not reccomend arriving without a car, the parking lot hosts up to 8 vehicles. In the nearest village there was a small beach but it seems to have been abandoned for years and does not necessarily look inviting. There were not really many foreign tourists around, which we actually liked. Directly at the gate there is a house of a lady who takes care of the property, we could not communicate too much with her as she spoke only greek but she was always very friendly and did not interrupt us during our stay, unless needed. There were two dogs as well, normally they are being kept in a cage but when released free, they were extremely friendly and nobody should be afraid of them. Only problem was one night they run across the property and bit some of the seating cushions as well as my girlfriend's swimming suit. Apparently, it was very tasty. To sum up, we felt ourselves really welcome there. It was quite an experience to have so much space just for us. There are some things that could be improved, but all in all I recommend anybody to stay here and just relax at the pool. It is not a place where you go out every night and have a party, but where you can get some sun-tan, eat good greek food and forget about the world.
