Positive: The host welcomed us warmly and was always helpful with anything we needed. The villa is perfectly equipped down to the smallest details, and its location is great – close to a supermarket and the beach. The pool is wonderful, and the place itself is spacious and beautiful. Positive: Great place - central Greece - easy to get to many interesting places. Great hosts - helpful. They recommend places (shops, restaurants, beaches, etc.) we checked many of these recommendations - they were all spot on and great! The facility is large, clean and very comfortable. The shop next door - has everything you might need, great local products. The facility is fully equipped!! Washing machine, fridges, dryers - everything. Very convenient and comfortable place (swimming pool!).
Summary: Perfectly balanced comfortable relaxation, recreation, and sightseeing.

Positive: The villa is amazing, the pool is bigger than it looks in pictures and the water was clean and with the right temperature. Everything was clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped for all needs, and a barbecue outside was the most used equipment by us. The groceries are 2 min walking distance and the beach for like 7 to 10 minutes, we did stay at a bar beach near the villa. The host , Nikos, and his son were very happy to help us with a map of things to visit around . It was a great vacation for my family and my friends.

Positive: We had a wonderful time at the Villa. A beautiful and huge house with a soul and on top of that a wonderful garden with a large and clean pool. The house has everything you need and even more. The Owners took care of us in every area. They suggested places to see and restaurants with delicious food. They arranged aiport transfer. It was pleasure to know them. We wholeheartedly recommend this place. Pieces of our hearts stayed there :) We hope to return.

Positive: We had a wonderful holiday, from the lovely welcome we had from our hosts, to the tour around the villa and grounds, to the 14 nights we stayed with 4 generations of the family. The villa had comfortable bedrooms, with plenty of bath or shower rooms (even outside). The living room is very big - even room to house the table tennis! Outside there is a large covered terrace providing shade all day and a great place to share meals. The barbecue area (with a large drinks fridge) was well used by us, as was the magnificent pool. The pool and gardens are well looked after, and they provided our entertainment without venturing further! The large fir tree in the front garden was great to lay blankets beneath for the baby to play in the shade. The supermarket (5 minute walk from the villa) stocks all you need, and a bakery across the road has bread and pastries for breakfast. There was so much space inside and out for family members to relax - we loved the day bed on the terrace! The laundry room and outside drying area were an added bonus. We walked along the coast path to a great restaurant which served very good food and had the added attraction of a play area for the children.
Negative: The only slight disappointment was that the coast (just across the road) didn't have a big enough beach to sit on, but there are lovely beaches a short drive away. However, we didn't want to leave the pool so we didn't go exploring!

Positive: Proximity to Chalkida - 20 mins. 1 hr to Athens. Train line 10 mins by car. Supermarket - 1 minute walk! The hosts, Gerry and Nick were exceptional and attentative. Quick to respond to requests for information about restaurants, train times etc. Nothing was too much trouble. Villa was very well equipped. Pool was large and clean. The beach a 2 minute walk from the villa where the water is crystal clear. It is not a typical "tourist" beach so you could be the only one there! Huge bonus being situated 100yds from super market.
Negative: There was nothing to dislike about his property. However, I would suggest the need for a car to get around as the closest village is 5 mins by car (30 mins walk) .
Summary: As part of the GB Clay Shooting Team competing at Pscachna, this was a perfect location.
