4 Bedroom House in Town of Southold Town, East Marion

our Home is very spacious and cozy yet sophisticated. We are located in a private community that is very private and very quiet. Families all ride around on bicycles or golf carts to go to the private community Bay beach. The community path to the beach is a short 5-10 trip via foot.
Once you arrive to our home you will immediately notice how nice the landscaping is. Lavender bushes, wild beach grass, weeeping willows and perfectly cut green grass and mulched & edged flower beds.
Inside everyone will have plenty of room. In addition to 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathroom, you have a den/family room for watching TV or reading a book. (its very cozy), a living room with a complete seating area for more formal living, an eat in kitchen with a bench style table, stools for the counter, and a seperate dining room (that is open) but can used for a family meal! The kitchen was completly redone a few years ago and has appliances that were purchased 2 years ago. We have all the cooking equipment, pots/pans, knives, cutlery you will ever need. Think Gourmet kitchen. In our basement which is very clean and open there is a washer and dryer.
Outside we have a patio that overlooks the back yard with a fire pit. We have a gas BBQ which you can use and grill local produce from nearby farmers stands. This home is super quiet, big, cozy, and the best location bc you basically get the benefits of being so close to Greenport without being there!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay and Aaron was responsive in addressing our questions. The house was a great set up for our 3 families and the right amount of space. It was a nice quiet neighborhood and close to the small private beach. Very close to Greenport and several vineyards. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Summary: The house was great. It was well maintained. The yard was big enough for the kids to play and hang out. The location minutes from Greenport. We also enjoyed the private beach which was in walking distance. We had a great time.

Summary: This house is gorgeous - seriously, much nicer than the pictures. There’s so much space and it’s beautifully kept. The kitchen is also really well equipped and there are mountains of sheets, towels and blankets if you need them. The beach is a short walk away (bring a wagon if you’re schlepping loads of stuff) but our toddler could easily walk there. The house is in a very quiet cul-de-sac, but a short drive to everything you could need. We made regular runs to farm stands, Pattie’s Berries and Bunches, Harbes and Greenport and we never felt isolated or too out of the way. We loved it so much we’re already thinking of going back in the autumn

Summary: My family had a really great time. We found the house to be clean, easy to navigate, great location close to a small beach and a few minutes drive from Greenport. We felt at home after 24h! Can’t wait to go back.
