Summary: Really enjoyed our stay. Perfect for families, nice house &garden, lovely beaches close by... Laura did a great job to make as feel welcome and comfortable and provided us with lots of useful information on what to do, where to eat etc.

Summary: Near to the airport of Olbia and very close to beautiful beaches and panoramic spots we liked the house very much. We were impressed by the hospitality of the Locci family. The interior design of the house was simple but sufficient. We had breakfast every day on the terras outside. The price / quality ratio is fine. We had a very nice stay for 10 days

Summary: My family and I spent a wonderful week here in June. Everything about this place was exactly what we were looking for. It is very central to all the beaches around San Teodoro. The apartment was very clean, spacious and had everything that we needed for our weeks stay. A apartment set within a great little garden with a grill and outdoor shower. Our children loved playing outside and we ate every single meal on the terrace. The owners are incredibly nice and helpful people. Laura, Salvatore and Paola were able to provide anything we asked for and knew everything about the surroundings: the best beaches, the best restaurants, where to buy the best fish. Salvatore even barbecued a fish dinner for us! I highly recommend this place to anyone who would like to experience the best sea there is and come back to a welcoming apartment.

Summary: We spent two weeks in the apartment and we really enjoyed the time a lot. The spacious apartment is in a very quiet road even though only five minutes away from San Theodoro by car.It is equipped with everything we needed and Paolas parents were extremely helpful with everything. They showed us around in San Theodoro with the great beach "La Cinta", they showed us where to buy good fish and we could use their beautiful garden with the barbeque. Thank you very much for everything!

Summary: We stayed here in early April with two young kids (4 and 2) and my mother in law. We were absolutely blown away by the beaches, which are amongst the most beautiful we have seen in the world and certainly the most beautiful we have ever seen in Europe. We had the beaches pretty much to ourselves and when the sun was out and the colours of the sea emerged we really felt we were in paradise! The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed, and the kids loved playing in the garden. However, what made this a really special holiday was the amazing warmth of our host, Salvatore. He spent a lot of time talking to us about the island, places to go, its history and traditions - and even shared the novel he is writing with us. Our friendship with him is definitely one of our warmest memories of the island. A word of advice though - the evenings can be cool in the spring so do pack some warm clothes along with your beach stuff!

Summary: This is a great destination! Especially for families traveling with children. The house is in rural Sardinia in the middle of olive groves and eucalyptus trees. There are several gorgeous beaches surrounding this area, you can choose by the time of the day, if you want more or less sun. The beaches are mainly covered in white sand.... you have fantastic views from mountains high up, over the ocean. The house is away from the touristic areas, which makes the stay very calm and local. The house is very well furnited, the kitchen is equipped with EVERYTHING you need. It feels like a second home. The house we stayed in, easily sleeps six people, the beds are very comfortable. The children could play in the garden, there are no dangerous "traps", the street the houses are in, is very quiet, so you never have to worry about your kids or about noise. The owner is very thoughtful and gave us plenty of insider advice on what to see in the area, where to eat, as well as on the island of Sardinia. You can always count on the owner to lead you in the right direction, or to make a call, to find out which boat is running or which site you can visit, since in the off season, Sardinia is deserted (which makes a stay off season so special). In April, the island is full of blooming flowers, the air is fresh and the ocean water is turquoise blue. Also, I can highly recommend staying on this part of the island, since it seems very much untouched by the touristic flow (even during the summer, I imagine it being more remote than the area surrounding Alghero). We had a fantastic time!
