Positive: The interior of the house was really nice. The rooms were good sizes and there was room for all of us to comfortably stay! The location was fantastic, a block from a beach and you could walk into town if you wanted to.
Negative: The porch looks unfinished, there were ants in the kitchen, no soap in the bathroom . Communication was delayed as it was through several people. I had to remind the company to send the code to enter the house and I got it only a few hours before arrival

Positive: I picked it for the 3 bedrooms we had 2 adult children with us. Plenty of space.
Negative: No wall switches in the master bedroom. No socket for blow dryer in the masterbath. Both sinks were incredibly low. Dishwasher did not work. 4 adults couldn’t turn it on. Therefore check out morning we had a dishwasher full of dishes to wash. The stinky airfreshners were overwhelming.
Summary: We had a nice time. Would recommend to a friend as there are not many places to stay in the area. Fix the above though!

Positive: I had noted we would arrive between 3 and 4 PM but the code was not active until 4. However, they did send a back up code just in case and it worked with no problems. The regular code was active by 4.
Negative: The yard was in need of a mowing and clean up but it was the beginning of the season so we must have arrived just before the yard cleaning. Combined with the rain, it was probably difficult to schedule. The kitchen was short a few glasses but when I mentioned that, they planned to rectify it quickly. There is a cleaning fee with the house but the place was spotless when we arrived.
Summary: Walk to a beach park (currently partly closed) and great restaurant nearby.
