Summary: Hat goes off to Nike & John who tried to accommodate a pull away bed but due to fire hazard could not. Didn’t get to stay long but can’t really say anything bad, would stay here again. Thank you both for going the extra mile with your customer service!!

Summary: Room was great! Bed is excellent! (King) Bathroom perfect!!! Shower in bathroom excellent! Check in was good. Hotel is very spacious & well taken care of. Transportation at airport was very well explained in email. Didn’t have to wait too long. Only negative comment was the food . Very disappointed in the restaurant menu & prices. $28 for two pieces of Cod ( extremely thin), 2 tablespoons of coleslaw, 3 tablespoons of ketchup and tons of fries!!!! You’re at the mercy of the hotel after traveling all day and you are starving!

Summary: Standard hotel next to the airport. Was given bare minimum provided in a standard hotel, two bottles of water, keurig machine for coffee etc, but expect to pay for every single thing. Internet fee was charged despite being Mariott Bonvoy member, parking is steep $35 a night despite not being in urban downtown area, and there is no free breakfast or coffee you see at a typical business oriented hotel. Facilities were clean and secure.

Summary: It was a really great day. The only downfall was that the elevator wasn’t working in the morning and we had to leave at 5 AM. We had three children under the age of four so it was pretty difficult taking all of our luggage down to the lobby. The shuttle was amazing and it was a comfortable sleep for our family. Definitely could’ve used a larger room, but that’s not necessarily their fault.
