Summary: Long weekend to visit family and catch up with friends meant I wanted more amenities than your usual hotel stay. This property hit the spot. Eat in kitchen with full appliances, den with big screen tv and wifi. Two bed/bath with laundry in unit. A/c and a roof deck! Unit was spotless. Handy guide to the property and local area. Ring doorbell and keyless entry made me feel safe in a quiet residential neighborhood. Parking was fun/challenging but stay was great.

Summary: Close to our family that lives close by so it was a good location for us. Perfect size and the rooftop patio was nice to go up and have coffee in the mornings. Parking was always a crapshoot but we managed as it is Seattle and that’s the norm. Overall is was perfect for what we needed.

Summary: We were in town for the Erykah Badu concert, Greenwood Car Show and to play two gigs. The place is cute and quiet 🤫 Great location, parking can be difficult but, the neighbors are friendly/understanding. We loved the rooftop lounging space and all of the sunlight that shines through the windows. Lots of stairs to walk up, so be prepared. Laundry on-site. Open face kitchen and tiny dining table. All and all we loved it! A for certain recommendation for others and ourselves when we come back (which we plan to).

Summary: We enjoyed the condo. It was super clean and very modern. Great communication our host! The biggest bummer was the amount of homeless folks in the area and the drug dealing. There was a constant flow of drug users buying their dope 1/2 block away from us. Then they’d use and walk around like zombies. Finding a drug pipe outside the front door on out second day was a complete bummer.
