Positive: Given key box code 48 hours before arrival, and key box easy to locate on arrival at caravan.
Negative: I was not aware until after I had confirmed and paid for the booking that Sykes cottages have changed their policy on 11th April 2025 to insist on a refundable £200 good housekeeping bond that must be paid directly to the owner at least 48 hours before arrival. this involved both the owner and myself having to share personal bank details.
Summary: I was in the area for a family wedding and the caravan was ideal for time to prepare and recover.

Positive: This property was perfect for our family, we used it as a base to travel to the Highlands and climb Ben Nevis. Very quiet place, which suited us. Our host went above and beyond for us, we appreciated everything she did for us. While this was our 1st trip to Scotland, we will "Haste ye back"

Positive: Stayed there for a working holiday with family over Christmas . Even though it was mentioned as 1150 square feet in the description, it was much smaller. However it was compact with all the facilities.Even got netflix , amazon prime with 1gbps Internet. Overall, the stay was good 👍
