This home is the perfect place to enjoy your vacation. This home is older but charming, it has tile floors throughout and is pet friendly. Located just 10 minutes from shopping, Highlands Hammock State Park, Florida hospital and numerous golf courses, Sebring International Raceway and other local activities.
Lakeside yard is graced by very tall oak trees displaying Spanish moss hanging from it's limbs. their shade, the pool and the breeze from the lake makes the back yard fresh in the heat of the summer. In the winter my favorite thing is to sit outside around our portable out door brick chimney and enjoy the skies full of stars.
Wild life watching in this property is a real treat, you can find a variety depending on the time of the year, owls, hawks, squirrels, turtles, cranes, wonderful Florida bird species.

Summary: My son and I needed a nice place to stay for the long weekend as we went to the 12 hours of Sebring. This was a perfect place to rent and we’d come back for sure.

Summary: We stayed in the property two years ago and loved it. The view is beautiful and has a large acre fenced in yard for our dog. The downside this year was that in the second bathroom the owners removed the sink. This was a terrible inconvenience if you have guests staying with you or just visiting. The guests would have to use the kitchen sink or the other bathroom to wash their hands. Because of this we will not be staying here again.

Summary: The home is accurately described on the VRBO website. All equipment at the home, including the air conditioning system worked great. The fenced in yard was a bonus for our dog who traveled with us and the boat house was a prefect place to end the day. The neighborhood was quiet and very safe. The neighbors we met were friendly and made us feel part of the community. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Summary: This place was just as described. The house is well stocked with everything you need. We fished off the dock every day & when it got to hot we swam in the pool. The owner was very friendly & quickly responded to any questions we had. Will definitely stay here again.

Summary: We found the property to be better than pictured. It was a great location on the lake with a nice yard for our small dog. We were there for 2 months. The neighbors were friendly. Fredrika was easily accessible (only a text message away). Nice scenery and areas to walk. The house had most anything we needed and more. The pool was well kept and got warm enough to use in February. I would rent again.

Summary: Absolutely love this charming home. I was looking for a location that offered beauty, wildlife and peace and this met every requirement. Everything about it was just what I wanted and needed. Home is very charming and comfortable, pool was perfect, and the location on the lake was so tranquil. Summary: Brought our kayaks and boat and enjoyed our stay. The pool was very welcome during the extreme heat we were experiencing in Florida during June. Because of the heat, the AC had a difficult time keeping it cool. The ceiling fans helped, though. Good variety of birds, good fishing, and fabulous sunsets!
