3 Bedroom House in Grand Marais

Come and stay at the secluded Cascade Cabin where you’ll have 9 acres all to yourself! This 3 bedroom house/cabin boasts vaulted ceilings in the open concept main living area/kitchen and in the bedrooms. Pets are welcome! Inside you’ll enjoy the pellet wood burning fire place with a 55 inch screen Smart TV above the fireplace. You will find a tv with a Roku in each of the 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a very comfortable king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a comfortable computer chair and desk, a great place to work remotely with extremely fast internet! (Fiber 1gig!) The third bedroom has a log bunk bed that has 2 full beds and a single bed. Each bedroom has at least 1 lamp that has a USB, C- port, and electrical outlet. The living room has 2 sofa bed couches that pull out to 2 full size beds. The basement is unfinished/unusable open space with a washer and dryer and an extra fridge. This would be a perfect area to dry out camping gear! Outside, you’ll find a deck with a frw chairs aa side table and 2 chairs, a propane grill and a fire ring with 4 Adirondack chairs! You can even see Lake Superior from some points on the driveway. The Cascade River State Park is just 5 minutes away and the Cutface Creek Wayside Rest is just 4.1 miles away where you can get onto the Gitchi-Gami bike trail, 7.7mi away from Grand Marais, 11mi from Lutsen.

Summary: We made the drive up the north shorw to this house in the woods, in order to celebrate our 25th anniversary. It was an easy jaunt into Grand Marais for some dinner and the trails were close. The house is clean, comfortable and in great shape. It made the perfect spot to be out of town, but close to everything we wanted. The hike up Eagle Mountain was worth doing to see the magnificent colors.

Summary: We stayed for 3 nights with our two kids (ages 13 & 5) plus our puppy. We all had a wonderful time. Beds were very comfy and we appreciated the smores goodies that were provided. Our temps were difficult to adjust the first night as we would either get too hot with the heat or too cold but after the first night, we seemed to get used to it. Didnt realize when i booked that there was no central air but just a room unit in the living room or that there was no dishwasher. Would've appreciated bar soap for the shower and maybe some travel shampoo/conditioner. The bug zapper was nice but couldve used a quicker solution with a flyswatter. Had to send a reminder to get the checkin code as we didnt get it when promised and we had some major difficulty with entering the code to get in each time. Had to enter it at least 4-10 times before it would work which was a bit frustrating. Overall we would definitely stay here again. Owners were very communicative and the place was just what we needed. Thank you!!

Summary: This home is so clean, fresh, and well stocked. It is almost right on top of the Cascade River trail, and a perfect base for exploring the area. Super quiet and trees full of birds. The wifi was super good, which i needed to work. The beds and bedding were a rarity_ not spongy, mushy or damp. I was able to bring my dogs too! We loved this place.

Summary: We had such a relaxing and lovely stay! The pictures don't do the house justice. We had everything we needed and appreciated being off the beaten path. Highly recommend!! Buy ice cream making supplies too, the machine is so easy to use. Thanks for everything!

Summary: Perfect location for a family or a group to stay while visiting the north shore. A very nice home with 3 bedrooms and a deck to relax on. A great lot for kids to run around in and enjoy a bonfire in the evening. Property was as described with very good communication from the owners. I cannot think of one thing that we needed that wasn’t provided.

Summary: This secluded cottage in between Lutsen and Grand Marais is the perfect setting for a peaceful respite. Quiet, quaint, and comfortable, the remodeled space has everything you need during your stay. Bird song and the glorious scent of balsam pine perfectly complement morning coffee on the deck. Lovely and communicative hosts made our stay even more relaxing! Thank you for sharing this amazing Minnesota getaway with us!

Summary: Easy access to both Lutsen and Grand Marais. Enjoyed time playing in the yard as well as lounging in the newly updated house. Full size bunk bends are very comfortable.
