Positive: LOVED this cabin. Having coffee and reading on the deck with the sound of the creek below was delightful. Loved the hot tub and the fire pit and the fact that my dogs could join! The cabin has everything you need!!!
Negative: There wasn't anything I didn't like. But I will say you definitely need high clearance 4WD to get up the last steep hill. I don't think AWD would cut it. I'm very glad we opted for my fiance's Tacoma and not my Subaru Impreza.
